• Over a five-year period, developed from scratch a popular website aimed at the youth market. I took responsibility for design, content management, and promotion, and was successful in increasing the number of page views year-on-year to it’s apex of 1 million page views per year
  
  
• Held roles as a journalist, editor and copy editor for The LINC magazine, a quarterly publication direct-mailed to around 30,000 young people, as well as working on a freelance basis for a number of other online and print publications
  
  
• Help to organise Haigh Fest, a large outdoor music festival which attracts crowds of around 8,000 each July. My role here involves working with a small team to select each year’s line-up before taking a lead on the marketing of the event through online media. From 2011, I also act as Master of Ceremonies for the event
  
  
• Social media development: I am currently responsible for four Facebook pages with a combined total of over 6,000 fans (or ‘likes’), as well as managing a number of other accounts on key social networks on behalf of brands, businesses and artists. In the past, I have delivered social media training and workshops for WLCT .
  
  
• As an events manager, I have organised and successfully a string of live entertainment shows and festivals, most recently Millstone Rocks.
  
  
• Worked as producer, co-director and editor a documentary film, Just Another Sport, which was used to successfully influence key decision-makers in developing local skate facilities for young people.
